HOW MUCH IS MY INITIAL INVESTMENT?
There is a non refundable installation fee per tanning unit payable prior to installation ranging from £200 to £350 dependent on location and quantity of equipment. Where a Changing Pod is required for vertical tanning units, an additional charge of £50 per unit will be required!
IS THERE A MINIMUM TIMESCALE FOR THE EQUIPMENT?
A 3 month contract applies.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE?
We are responsible for wear and tear and individual lamp replacement. Any negligent damage to the units ie smashed perspex will be charged to the client.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ELECTRICAL COSTS?
You are, however we do offer this service at very competitive rates. All electrical costs are the clients responsibility, the wiring of the tanning units from your isolation switch to the tanning unit will be done by our fitters.
HOW MANY UNITS COULD WE RECEIVE IN THIS PROGRAM?
No more than three to begin with. More equipment can be added to the program once the partnership is established!
WHO PAYS FOR THE TANNING LAMPS?
Upon installation the tanning units will be tubed by ourselves with, as standard, 160 watt tubes. If you require 250 watt tubes, an additional charge will be applicable. Subsequently every time the equipment needs re-tubing, it will be done by ECS. The tubes will last 600 - 800 hours before the need for replacement (approximately 8 - 14 months depending on usage).
WHAT IS THE CRITERIA FOR ME TO JOIN YOUR PROGRAM?
Generally, you must be a reputable, well established business with enough potential bookings to keep the unit operating profitably. Our units must also be covered under your contents insurance and a copy forwarded to our office along with renewals when applicable.
